Is it Safe to purchase a Refurbished Computer?
Whether your item is a Refurbished Macbook, iMac, PC, Laptop – Yes indeed, it is Safe!
We low-level format all our hard drives to comply with data protection. We then add a fresh installation of the Operating System and upgrade the specifications.
Each computer is passed to our ‘Quality Control’ team for vigorous testing before being dispatched. The machine is then passed to the packing team who securely pack the item in premium plastic air packaging inside a tailor-made box.
What is the Condition of my Computer?
There may be very minor wear to the item. However, this is just superficial and we assure you that our machines are configured and tested, to run like new. We strive to ensure that our products are better condition and quality than our competitors.
What if I am not Happy with my product?
We offer a 30 days money back policy providing the item is posted back in the same condition it was despatched in. We will grant a full refund (less return postage costs) when the item has been fully checked by our staff. All returns must be authorised by ourselves before sending back. We can then identify exactly where the item has come from. This will reduce the time that it takes for refund. Please do not ship any items back without notification, this may cause extensive delays.
Warranty
Our machines come with 1 Year warranty (terms and conditions apply). We have all the details of your machine and date of purchase. So if you encounter an issue, we can pull up your details. We check our machines before dispatch. (We have to have a working machine 100% to install the operating system). Just like any computer company, the warranty does not cover any accidental damage or software conflicts created by user, i.e. virus/accidental deleted system files. After 60 days the warranty will cover labour not parts.
What if I do not have a Paypal Account?
Purchase can be made using your bank card without having a PayPal account. The payment is still handled by PayPal for secured transactions. You do not need a PayPal account and you do not need to register.

Where do the items come from?
These are ex-corporate Mac’s / PC’s / Laptops and have been removed from a fully working environment. The items are professionally refurbished by our in-house (fully qualified) engineers and tested to be working perfectly.

We are able to keep our prices down by buying in large quantities and passing these savings to our customers. Although our prices are low we still guarantee excellent, reliable quality and strive to give you great customer service.
