Our products are backed with a one-year warranty to give you complete peace of mind. Like all computer companies, this warranty does not include any software conflicts that the user may generate, such as viruses or accidentally deleted system files. After the initial 60-day period, the warranty will cover labor (utilising our own technicians) not parts.
We must approve all returns before they are sent back in order for us to be able to know exactly where the product came from. Doing so will shorten the amount of time it takes for a replacement or reimbursement.
