Product & Shipping
Rest assured that it is secure to purchase a Refurbished device like a Macbook, iMac, Laptop, or PC from us! All the components and drives go through low-level formatting to stay compliant with data protection regulations. Afterward, we install a fresh copy of the Operating System and complete an upgrade of the system’s specifications.

Every item is evaluated strenuously by our ‘Quality Control’ team before being sent out. Afterward, the product is given to the packing crew who enclose it in superior plastic air wrapping within a custom-crafted box.

Our 30-day money back policy allows for a refund, minus return shipping costs, on products that are sent to us in the same condition as when it was initially shipped. We will provide a complete reimbursement once our staff has completely inspected the returned item.

We must authorise all returns before they are sent back in order to recognize the source of the item. This will cut down on the timeframe for reimbursement. Please don’t send any items back without our knowledge, otherwise it may cause significant delays.

Once 60 days have passed, labour is included in the warranty but not components.
