Is it Safe to purchase a Refurbished Product?

Whether your item is a Refurbished Macbook, iMac, Laptop, PC – Yes indeed, it is Safe!
We low-level format all the devices and drives to comply with data protection. We then add a fresh installation of the Operating System and upgrade the specifications.

Each item is passed to our ‘Quality Control’ team for vigorous testing before being dispatched. The product is then passed to the packing team who securely pack the item in premium plastic air packaging inside a tailor-made box.

What if I am not Happy with my product?

We offer a 30 days money back policy providing the item is posted back in the same condition it was dispatched in. We will grant a full refund (less return postage costs) when the item has been fully checked by our staff.

All returns must be authorised by ourselves before sending back. We can then identify where the item has come from. This will reduce the time that it takes for refund. Please do not ship any items back without notification, this may cause extensive delays.

How long will delivery take?

How long is my Warranty?

Our machines come with 1 Year warranty (terms and conditions apply). We have all the details of your machine and date of purchase. So if you encounter an issue, we can pull up your details.

We have a dedicated Quality Control room to check our machines before dispatch. (We have to have a working machine 100% to install the operating system). Just like any computer company, the warranty does not cover any accidental damage or software conflicts created by user, i.e. virus/accidental deleted system file. After 60 days the warranty will cover labour not parts.
