All returns must be authorised by ourselves before sending back. We can then identify exactly where the item has come from.
This will reduce the time that it takes for replacement or refund. We will need to give you a Returns Authorisation Code.
Do not ship any items back without notification.
If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they must be in the condition you received them. With full, Complete and undamaged packaging that they were sent with.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us.
All returns must be proceeded within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 48 hours of delivery back to base.
